team deals with international
companies, helping them to
relocate staff into London. Recent
corporate lets have included
LVMH, Burberry, Chanel, Total,
Shell, Mitsubishi, Thames Water,
Goldman Sachs, HSBC and
Nomura.
We assist prior to a rental, if a
property needs any improvement
to maximise the rental income,
whilst keeping costs as low as
possible. We provide a preletting package to save you time,
including an agreed schedule
of works, undertaken under our
watchful eye by experienced and
trusted contractors. We do not
take any referral fees because our
interests are simply aligned with
yours to do everything possible to
achieve the best letting price.
We operate a simple and costeffective fee structure, with one
administration charge at the
outset of each letting and one
commission rate paid in line with
your rental income to improve
your cashflow and cement that
all-important sense of alignment
of interests. Our transparency and
accuracy in the letting process
has resulted in a client retention
