This beautifully refurbished Lennox Gardens apartment was
originally on the market with a well-known global agent for 9
months without success. Maskells was introduced to the owner
and we put in place an improved marketing strategy, exposing
this exquisite 1 bed flat to a wider audience. We successfully
achieved the best part of £4m for the flat, in excess of our client’s
expectations. The flat was sold to a cash buyer and our client was
thrilled with the result.
The owner of a Cadogan Square apartment had a long-standing
relationship with a well-known buying agent, who advised the
owner on the most effective selling agents. Maskells was asked
to pitch for the business and won sole agency. We correctly
positioned the apartment and introduced a buyer at a good
price and through intense focus, we exchanged contracts and
completed on the sale of this leasehold property within 72 hours
of the Memorandum of Sale being issued.

Maskells was instructed jointly with a global agent on an

4,000 sq ft on one floor asking in excess of £8m. Maskells
introduced an international buyer who bought the apartment in
cash. There were several other apartments on the market in the
same building with other agents, offering similar accommodation.

we were representing was the property sold and Maskells was the
agent to find the buyer.

home extending to over 6,000 sq ft on one of the most desirable
addresses. We have access to the best buyers in the market;
Maskells knew who to contact and agreed the transaction at a
higher price than the other agent had been asking previously. The
transaction was successfully completed with discretion and with
minimum fuss.
