elling central London’s finest homes for six
decades has taught us that personal and
responsive service combined with a tailored
global marketing campaign is a winning and
reliable combination. Our clients’ aim is to realise
the highest return in the shortest time with the least
amount of inconvenience. We apply all the expertise,
knowledge and experience gained from handling
over £4 billion worth of sales to achieve this.
We actively promote properties for sale through our
central London offices, exposure on our website
and social media channels, through advertising on
Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and OnTheMarket,
as well as Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, the
global network.
Naturally we also have a significant “black book”
of contacts whether this be lawyers, family offices,
well connected individuals, buying agents, interior
designers, fixers acting for wealthy families - the list
goes on. Additionally many agents do not explain
to their clients the existence of a brokerage system
between agents in central London. Known as LonRes,
this is a highly effective way for us to access every
buyer registered with every agent in the Central
London market.
Of course a high-profile marketing campaign is not
the only option, as we sell a significant percentage of
high value homes without any advertising at all. 96%
of the properties we have sold in the last 5 years, over
£10 million in value, have been handled discreetly
off-market without any advertising. 70% of our total
sales are to international buyers.
Our success has not gone unnoticed, having been
recognised 5 years consecutively by the British
Property Awards as the best agent in our area.
The continual demand we receive for property in
central London seems limitless, and despite ongoing
political, economic and environmental uncertainty
around the world, the buyers currently registered
have a combined budget of £6 billion. n
